We are looking for an experienced Trademark and Corporate Attorney to join our growing law firm.  Ideal candidates will be former associates at BigLaw firms wishing to practice in a new manner that will enable them to grow their books of business and have exceptional lifestyle and working flexibility.

The experienced attorney can work from home or remotely from Tempe, but from the Phoenix metropolitan area.

You will be trained and reporting to the Attorney Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Must have a portable book of business of at least $50K per year in billings.

• Help the firm expand into new more advanced practice areas related to trademarks or corporate law.

• Develop and execute growth strategy for the firm in licensing, corporate law, franchising, counterfeit goods enforcement, trademark litigation, or a related field.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• At least 3 – 5 years of trademark or corporate law experience, ideally at a BigLaw firm.

• Must have a portable book of business of at least $50K per year in billings.
